– Rental of the business registration address you need to set up your company in Poland. When registering your company you give the address of our office i.e. Ogińskiego 11 local nr 9, 03-318 Warsaw. Our virtual office is located in Targówek district.
– We rent an address for correspondence which you can, of course, use. The address of our office will serve you as your address for postal correspondence, receiving letters and parcels.
– Notification of received correspondence. As soon as we receive it, we will notify you by SMS or e-mail that it has been received, so that you will be kept up to date.
– Store your correspondence, letters and parcels for up to 365 days. You can collect your correspondence whenever it suits you, but no later than 365 days from the date of notification of receipt. Once 365 days have passed, we have the right to destroy the correspondence.
The SCAN PACKAGE includes;
– Rental of the business registration address you need to establish your company in Poland. When registering your company you give the address of our office i.e. Ogińskiego 11 local nr 9, 03-318 Warsaw. Our virtual office is located in Targówek district.
– We rent an address for correspondence which you can, of course, use. The address of our office will serve you as your address for postal correspondence, receiving letters and parcels.

– We rent an address for correspondence which you can, of course, use. The address of our office will serve you as your address for postal correspondence, receipt of letters and parcels.

– We scan the correspondence up to 50 pages per month and send it to the e-mail address you specify. Correspondence is scanned as soon as it is received.
– Forwarding of correspondence by post at the beginning of each subsequent month. We send the entire month’s correspondence to the address you specify.
Under ‘PRICE-LIST’, select the package you are interested in by clicking on the ‘select’ button. You will be redirected to the application form. Fill in the necessary information and click “send”.
We will immediately send you an invoice for payment together with a completed contract, which we ask you to sign and send back to us.
From now on, you can legally use our office address as your business address.
All formalities can also be done at our office. Please contact us in advance, as the conference room may be temporarily occupied.
If your company is not yet operational, give us a call, we will save you time and tell you what to do next to expedite everything.
If you haven’t set up a bank account yet, we’ll wait until you do so that our invoice can be recognised as a cost of running your business.

All you have to do is indicate in the application form which language you want to choose and we will send you the completed contract in that language.
We sign a contract for an indefinite period with cyclical payments every 12 months.
Suggested by the opinions of our clients, this solution is the most convenient for them. Before the end of the billing period, we will remind you to pay the invoice for the next rental period of your virtual office.
