Which package to choose?
We have 4 packages to choose from:
START PACKAGE includes:
– Rental of the business registration address you need to set up your company in Poland. When registering your company you give the address of our office i.e. Ogińskiego 11 local nr 9, 03-318 Warsaw. Our virtual office is located in Targówek district.
– We rent an address for correspondence which you can, of course, use. The address of our office will serve you as your address for postal correspondence, receiving letters and parcels.
– Notification of received correspondence. As soon as we receive it, we will notify you by SMS or e-mail that it has been received, so that you will be kept up to date.
– Store your correspondence, letters and parcels for up to 365 days. You can collect your correspondence whenever it suits you, but no later than 365 days from the date of notification of receipt. Once 365 days have passed, we have the right to destroy the correspondence.
The SCAN PACKAGE includes;
– Rental of the business registration address you need to establish your company in Poland. When registering your company you give the address of our office i.e. Ogińskiego 11 local nr 9, 03-318 Warsaw. Our virtual office is located in Targówek district.
– We rent an address for correspondence which you can, of course, use. The address of our office will serve you as your address for postal correspondence, receiving letters and parcels.
– Notification of received correspondence. As soon as we receive it, we will notify you by SMS or e-mail that it has been received, so that you will be kept up to date.
– Store your correspondence, letters and parcels for up to 365 days. You can collect your correspondence whenever it suits you, but no later than 365 days from the date of notification of receipt. After 365 days have passed, we have the right to destroy your correspondence.
– We scan the correspondence up to 20 pages per month and send it to the e-mail address you specify. Correspondence is scanned as soon as it is received.
The ALL-IN PACKAGE includes:
– Rental of the business registration address you need to establish your company in Poland. When registering your company you give the address of our office i.e. Ogińskiego 11 local nr 9, 03-318 Warsaw. Our virtual office is located in Targówek district.
– We rent an address for correspondence which you can, of course, use. The address of our office will serve you as your address for postal correspondence, receipt of letters and parcels.
– Notification of received correspondence. As soon as we receive it, we will notify you by SMS or e-mail that it has been received, so that you will be kept up to date.
– Store your correspondence, letters and parcels for up to 365 days. You can collect your correspondence whenever it suits you, but no later than 365 days from the date of notification of receipt. After 365 days have passed, we have the right to destroy your correspondence.
– We scan the correspondence up to 50 pages per month and send it to the e-mail address you specify. Correspondence is scanned as soon as it is received.
– Forwarding of correspondence by post at the beginning of each subsequent month. We send the entire month’s correspondence to the address you specify.
What is the process for entering into a partnership?
Under ‘PRICE-LIST’, select the package you are interested in by clicking on the ‘select’ button. You will be redirected to the application form. Fill in the necessary information and click “send”.
We will immediately send you an invoice for payment together with a completed contract, which we ask you to sign and send back to us.
From now on, you can legally use our office address as your business address.
All formalities can also be done at our office. Please contact us in advance, as the conference room may be temporarily occupied.
If your company is not yet operational, give us a call, we will save you time and tell you what to do next to expedite everything.
If you haven’t set up a bank account yet, we’ll wait until you do so that our invoice can be recognised as a cost of running your business.

What language do I sign the contract in?
We have contracts prepared in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. You sign the contract in your language. All for your convenience.
All you have to do is indicate in the application form which language you want to choose and we will send you the completed contract in that language.
For what period do I sign the contract?
We sign a contract for an indefinite period with cyclical payments every 12 months.
Suggested by the opinions of our clients, this solution is the most convenient for them. Before the end of the billing period, we will remind you to pay the invoice for the next rental period of your virtual office.
When do I have to collect my correspondence?
Whenever it suits you, but no later than 365 days after notification of receipt of the correspondence. After exceeding 365 days we have the right to destroy the correspondence. Our virtual office is located in Targówek, on the Bródno estate. On your request we can send all correspondence by post to the address you specify. Depending on your expectations, once a month or whenever you ask for it. All for your convenience!
At which address will my business be visible?
At the address Ogińskiego 11 local nr 9, 03-318 Warsaw. This is exactly where our office is located – Virtual office Targówek Bródno.
Which tax office and court will I be subject to?
Our virtual office is under the jurisdiction of the Tax Office Warsaw-Targówek, 14 Dąbrowszczaków Street, 03-484 Warsaw.
District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
Virtual office and the tax office? What if there is an audit?
We have already been through more than one inspection by the tax office. Our contract has already been checked more than once. At the time of enquiry by the tax office, you send a signed contract with our office. MS Virtual Office cares about the reliability of the service provided and the safety of its clients. What is the termination process like?
The contract is very simple. You have 1 month’s notice. There are no penalties or hidden fees.

Clients only give up on us when they close their business. We will understand if you want to leave and we will not make any problems out of it. We make it easier for entrepreneurs to run their businesses, not harder.
